10 Recreations and 10 pictues of chosen tribes

This is a blanket the native americans used to wrap around there bodys to keep them warm. the symmetrisal pattern and bright red gives me ideas for my final piece and maybe for a pocket on a dress.

Here are shoes the native americans wore. The shoes  are called moccosain and are made from reindeer leather. I really like the heavily beaded shoes because of the bright colours and bright threads.
Here is a cape they wore, the cape has fringes on the end of the arms and bottom of the cape. i really like the fringes because it brings the cape to life and doesnt look plain.

Weekly diary

Here is my final garment. I am nearly done finishing it, I just need to tighten the arms because it makes the models arms look too large. I removed flowers from the skirt because you couldn't see them properly.

Here is my corset, I am nearly finished I just need to tighten the arms and then I am done. I cut out the corset pattern and sawed it onto my sheer body top. It was quite difficult to to saw it on as I had to be really delicate with the material because it is really thin.
